Terms and Conditions

  1. Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. If an additional receipt is required please contact the Customer Contact Centre.
  2. Please call the Customer Contact Centre to have unused days held in credit.
  3. Unused days eligible for credit are held for six months only.
  4. Receipt number is required to retrieve any credit held.
  5. All packages you pay for are services that cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  6. Packages are to be paid in advance.
  7. Credit is not transferable to another patient.
